Pak-o-Bird Travel Carrier - Small Size

I'm very happy with this carrier so far. I hope it will last many years to come. The small size is perfect for my green cheek. I can't wait until next year to bring him out on some hiking adventures!

This product is so well made and secure. It's the perfect size for my green cheek conure. It's comfortable to wear for short or long hikes. We've even used it as a weekend getaway cage plus a 6 hour car ride. The seatbelt loops on the back really make me feel safer driving with my little guy! He's tried chewing it a little and hasn't made a dent even being in it 6-8 hours on hikes, drives and adventures!

I received this bag just in time for the summer and was super excited to try it out. My green cheek conure took some time getting comfortable with it but ultimately, she enjoys spending time in it because it means we can go exploring together. The small size is perfect for her. I was worried her tail would touch the back or bottom, but she fits right in with no problem. It is definitely pricey but now having it, I understand that it is good quality and I do think it was a great investment as I've used it many times and it's quite a solid bag.

I love the backpack. Not heavy and comfortable. My conure is trying to explore it. And thanks for the little gift! Sweet

I bought this for my three linnies. I had gotten a cheaper version off of Amazon, but the mesh holes were large enough that my bird's nails got stuck and I had to cut it open to free my bird. I decided to go for something I was sure would be safe. This backpack is simply fantastic. The back straps are adjustable to wear either on your front or back (I never thought I'd want to wear it on the front, but it's so much easier and I can monitor my birds while walking), and you can use a shoulder strap too. The mesh (stainless steel, so not as easily chewable as plastic or fabric) allows for great ventilation, and each individual side can be covered in the case of too much sun. It fully unzips for great, easy cleaning. There are no loose parts for wandering beaks or toes. Everything is very tidily velcroed away. My birds are also very comfortable in it and they are happy to be in it for hours. If I had one critique, it would be that I want more holes for screwing in perches/dishes. The holes for the dishes are too high up for my linnies so I had to use the water hole to secure a higher perch, meaning I now can't use a water bottle as normal. I wonder if the extra small might work better for the linnies (I had three so wanted to make sure it was big enough). But this is something I can try to work around. In summary: if you have the money for it, absolutely go for it - you and your birds will LOVE it, and it's the best bird backpack money can buy!
