Herb Salad's™ 100% Organic ingredients are the leaves, roots, bark and flowers of the plants that animals in the wild seek as a means to obtain required nutrients, minerals, vitamins and healing capabilities. This Herb Salad will be a hit with any parrot or small bird. My budgies love it and it is a great supplement to their food dish and in their outside cage perch bowl for when they are playing and flying and need a little break in between chew toys, chattering, and preening. Excellent product! Recommend

Delicious, Nutritious and Naturally Healing Herb Salad

I’ve been using this blend for years, picked a bag up at a parrot conference and my flock has been hooked ever since. I go against the grain and don’t do a lot of fresh. Rather, I make a birdie bread with over 100 fresh and dry ingredients, served daily along with pellet and other dry blends that are always available to my birds. I believe the herb salad to be the key ingredient in my bread and quite possibly that which keeps my flock so healthy. As my title suggests, this power-packed blend is delicious, nutritious and is comprised of a carefully selected variety of herbs known to be naturally foraged to aid in health, digestion and healing. I ran out a while back and despite my best efforts was unable to source it. Made birdie bread without it and my birds simply tested and then tossed it to the floor of their cages. Finally thought to reach out to The Parrot Shop and to no surprise they had it. My delivery arrived within a couple of days, so I quickly made a new batch that my flock excitedly dove into. Stephanie to the rescue once again!

Invaluable Product

I sprinkle Herb Salad on our green cheek’s chop daily. I really appreciate being able to offer our babies so many options that are beneficial to their overall health. I don’t know how much of it they eat, but it gives me peace of mind to know it’s there if they want it
