Our Mega A Blend has carrots, sweet potatoes, assorted winter squash, and nuts and spice seasoning. It's a great source of vitamin A. It can be added to daily diet. Just add equal parts dry mix and hot water, let soak 2-3 minutes and serve. It may be offered anytime with limited waste as it can be prepared as single servings. As with all our other quality products, this is made with locally grown, seasonal ingredients.
