CBC News Interviews The Parrot Shop Regarding Canada Post Delays
With the recent outbreak at the Canada Post Mississauga facility, The Parrot Shop was contacted by Jessica Ng of CBC Toronto to share their side of the story on how these delays are affecting not only consumers but businesses alike. 

Given the unfortunate recent circumstances with Canada Post, we have seen a significant 2-3 week delay in parcels getting to their destination. We do ask that customers plan ahead when ordering to account for these delays. If your packages are urgent, we do have UPS as an alternative until the situation at Canada Post is resolved.
