The Bird Butler watering system is one of a kind. This is a self-contained sanitary water bottle that fills in seconds without having to remove it from the cage for a few days. It is practically indestructible! It is also great for travelling as it doesn't spill.

One important thing to note is that it doesn't have a 'ball' on the valve like most water systems - these 'ball' systems can harbour bacteria which is not sanitary for your birds.

The large stainless steel valve is our strongest valve, designed specifically for the larger parrots. It stands up to punishment from macaws, cockatoos, Congo greys, large amazons, etc. This valve is also tough enough to be used by monkeys, dogs, and other large animals.

Cockatoo and bird butler

Well, I like it fine! but I see no evidence my bird is drinking from it so far (maybe 3 weeks in). I tried putting food on it, and now I am trying to hang some chewable toys on it, near the spout. I have left his water dish in place, but I have never seen him use that either. I might try putting juice in it, but not sure I want to do that in case he still refuses water. So far he is not spooked by it, but not apparently curious about it. So we will wait and see!

Bird Butler

So far it's only been in the cage for 1 week. Bird has not figured it out yet but is slowly getting it. the flat washers are not large enough to get a good hold of cage bar spacing how ever thats a quick fix with larger washers. So far am pleased with the product
