Shipping Time: Typically our orders ship out within 7 - 10 days, however wait times may be increased depending on the volume of orders we have. Food only orders will ship out within 2-3 business days. All orders are processed in the order that they are received. If you have ordered any item that is marked 'special order', please allow for at least 4-6 weeks for delivery to our location depending on the item and stock availability. Custom/Made to Order items, please allow for at least 10 days for your items to be processed. 

Shipping Prices: Our website uses a real time shipping calculator to determine the cost of shipping to your location. Shipping prices depend on the size of box, weight and your location. We are excited to announce that we have secured a new freight contract with our shipping carriers which has given us some amazing lower shipping rates. We've noticed that the new pricing has favoured larger/heavier packages - especially when shipping to provinces outside of Ontario. Please note that PO boxes are not included in these new rates and will ship with Canada Post.

Keep in mind that our shipping calculator may not accurately reflect the new pricing, so if there are any shipping overcharges we will add a credit onto your account for your next order. If additional shipping fees are required for your order, we will contact you to arrange for payment.

International Shipments: We are not responsible for any customs/duty/import/tax fees. Please note that sometimes our shipping calculator is sometimes inaccurate for international shipments that are larger boxes.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by this site or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
