All sales are final. We take the health of our flock and our customers very seriously so we do not accept returns, unless the product arrives to you defective or damaged. You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will require photos/video proof to clearly show the damage/defect and we will issue you a credit for the item or ship you a replacement (at our discretion). We will do our best to resolve any issues that may arise.
