What days do you ship out orders?
Canada Post - Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Fridays
UPS - Tuesday and Thursdays
How much do you charge for shipping?
We currently ship via Canada Post and UPS!
The cost is based on weight, box dimensions and destination. We do our best to keep your shipping costs low. If you are overcharged for shipping, we will give you a store credit for the difference.
- We have real time shipping available and your charge will be based on weight, box dimensions and shipping location.
- Delivery times depend on which option you choose through either Canada Post or UPS. Once your order is packed, you will receive a tracking number.
- Local customers are more than welcome to pick up to save on shipping.
**Please note that it is the responsibility of the buyer to know what items can and cannot be shipped across the border**
When will I receive my order?
We ship our orders out on Mondays & Thursdays. All orders are processed in the order they are received. Typically our orders ship out within 1 week, however wait times may be increased depending on the volume of orders we have. If your order is a rush, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate. If your item is a special order, please allow at least 3-4 weeks for delivery. We take pride in our super fast shipping and customer service so we will always stay in communication with you.
Do I pay sales tax?
Yes, you will pay your appropriate sales tax based upon where you are located within Canada. USA Customers are not charged sales tax.
What are my payment choices?
During checkout, you may choose to pay by paypal, visa or mastercard. If you do not have a credit card, you can send an e-mail transfer. Contact us for details!
What is your return policy?
We take the health of our flock and yours very seriously so we do not accept returns. We will do our best to resolve any issues that may arise. Please make sure to contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if you have a problem with your order.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order providing it hasn't shipped out. However, items that are already packaged are subject to a 15% restocking fee which will be deducted from the refund amount.
How does special ordering work?
If you purchase a special order from our website, we will place the order for you. Please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery to our location. Special order items are non-refundable once the order is placed with our vendors.
Can I pick up my order to avoid paying shipping fees?
Yes, you can arrange for pick up in either Acton or Holland Centre. Please select which location you would like to pick up at when you are checking out. Note: Pick up orders for Acton need to be submitted by the end of each month. We will be dropping off to Acton during the first week of every month - May to September only.
Do you have a store?
Unfortunately we don't, however if you would like to shop in person we do have a showroom. Please send us an e-mail and we can book an appointment for you.
How does your rewards program work?
Our rewards program offers 10 points for every $1 spent on products (excluding taxes and shipping). Once you have enough points you can redeem them through our gift card section for your discounts.
Are your products safe for birds?
We make sure that each product we carry is safe for birds. Please keep in mind that you should always monitor your birds closely with new toys and cut any loose threads. All of our toys are made with bird safe materials.
Do you have a waiting list if a product is out of stock?
Yes, if a product is out of stock on our website. You can select 'Put me on the Waiting List" and we will notify you once the item becomes available.
Do you offer wholesale prices?
Yes, if you have a store and are interested in carrying our products please send us a message and we will send you a wholesale discount code.
