Do you sell birds?

No, we do not sell or breed birds. There are many rescues across ontario if you are looking to adopt - you can find them HERE. Also, there are many facebook re-homing and breeders groups available. We recommend searching through Parrot Adoptions Ontario, Parrot Breeders Canada and Canadian Parrot Breeders

We ship Worldwide! We have customers all over Canada, USA and International!

What days do you ship out orders?

Canada Post - Monday to Friday

UPS - Tuesday and Thursdays

How much do you charge for shipping?

We currently ship via Canada Post and UPS!

The cost is based on weight, box dimensions and destination. We do our best to keep your shipping costs low. If you are overcharged for shipping, we will give you a store credit for the difference. 

- We have real time shipping available and your charge will be based on weight, box dimensions and shipping location. 

- Delivery times depend on which option you choose through either Canada Post or UPS. Once your order is packed, you will receive a tracking number. 

- Local customers are more than welcome to pick up to save on shipping.

**Please note that it is the responsibility of the buyer to know what items can and cannot be shipped across the border**

When will I receive my order?

Please note that we are unable to respond to e-mails asking when your order will be shipping due to the volume of orders that we receive. Typically our orders ship out within 1 week, however wait times may be increased depending on the volume of orders we have. All orders are processed in the order that they are received. 

Special Order items: If you have ordered any item that is marked as 'special order', please allow at least 4-6 weeks for delivery depending on the item. 

Custom/Made to Order Items: Please allow at least 10 days for custom and/or made to order items to be processed.

Do I pay sales tax?

Yes, you will pay your appropriate sales tax based upon where you are located within Canada. USA and international customers are not charged sales tax.

What are my payment choices?

During checkout, you may choose to pay by paypal, visa, mastercard or e-mail transfer.

What is your return policy?

We take the health of our flock and yours very seriously so we do not accept returns or exchanges. We will do our best to resolve any issues that may arise. Please make sure to contact us within 7 days of receiving your products if you have a problem with your order. 

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order providing it hasn't shipped out. However, items that are already packaged are subject to a 15% restocking fee which will be deducted from the refund amount.

How does special ordering work?

If you purchase a special order from our website, we will place the order for you. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery to our location. Special order items are non-refundable once the order is placed with our vendors.

Can I pick up my order to avoid paying shipping fees?

Yes, you can arrange for pick up in Chatsworth. We do deliver to Acton, Ontario occasionally and we will post our order deadlines on our social media pages. 

How does your rewards program work?

Our rewards program offers 10 points for every $1 spent on products (excluding taxes and shipping). Once you have enough points you can redeem them through our gift card section for your discounts.

Are your products safe for birds?

We make sure that each product we carry is safe for birds. Please keep in mind that you should always monitor your birds closely with new toys and cut any loose threads. All of our toys are made with bird safe materials.

Is your shop bird free?

Absolutely it is. We take your flock's health very seriously which is why our showroom and products are not in contact with any birds. 

Do you have a waiting list if a product is out of stock?

Yes, if a product is out of stock on our website. You can select 'Put me on the Waiting List" and we will notify you once the item becomes available.

Do you offer wholesale prices?

Yes, if you have a store and are interested in carrying our products please send us a message and we will send you a wholesale discount code. 

How does your gift registry work?

If you have a special occasion or event coming up and would like your friends and/or family to purchase items off your gift registry you can simply sign up and create your own list of items that you are needing HERE.

What are your restrictions during sale weekends?

During our sale weekends, parrot points are not able to be redeemed. The sales do not apply to the following items: sale/clearance items, parrot cages, pak-o-bird carriers, keychains, travel/coffee mugs & other gift items, care boxes, heat panels, lighting and special order items.
