Our newest product is a super healthy way for your bird to start their day. This mix is 3 cups of 9 ancient grains, including hard red wheat, oat groats, triticale berries, rye berries, dehulled barley, soft white wheat, spelt berries, hard white wheat, and flax. Mix 1 part cereal with 2 parts water and simmer approximately 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

CAUTION.....MAKE SURE CEREAL IS COMPLETELY COOLED BEFORE SERVING.
