Our Forest Foraging pack comes with dried whole ginger root, bamboo stem, bakuli pods, pine cone, tamarind pod, cork bark, and 3 types of functional, edible mushrooms! All items are safe and will engage your birds in naturalistic foraging behaviors.

The maitake, reishi, and turkey tail mushrooms included in this mix are human grade edible mushrooms that have been the focus of research for their health benefits. Since the research shows us the vast diversity of food items parrots consume in their various habitats around the world, we have included stems, bark, roots, pods, cones, mushrooms as alternative foodstuffs your bird can enjoy.
